We apologize, but we will not accept returns on product that has been opened or returned after the 30-day time-frame. Returned products that fit our return policy will be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If an issue with shipping has not been brought to us within the 30 period, we will not be responsible as time is a factor in the investigation process.
